Had a problem on checkin. Reserved thru booking.com a suite and we were giving a one bed king size room. Was told since booked through 3rd party not guaranteed the room from that site. They did switch to another room. However, it was booked and almost had to find another hotel to stay. And could not find a number to call booking.com with issue. Staff said should have booked directly , instead of 3rd party.

I loved it was pet friendly and the laundry is FREE. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen area is well stocked with dishes, glasses etc. The beds are great. Nice products in the bathroom. I stayed there twice and it was very quiet and enjoyable.

Everything was great, sole purpose was only to Lay our head somewhere, major of the day was spent at the casino.So the stay wasn’t even 24 hours. Loved the location, and the whole look and feel of the Hotel. Was very clean and well maintained.

I did not stay at this location . I went by to check out the room and under booking.com you guys have the room type different so I canceled my stay . You guys need to check the pictures and your room type and correct it immediately.
